Whether you’re just looking to have lunch already prepared upon arrival or you want a Cabo private chef for the duration of your stay, we’ve got you covered. So how does it all work?

  • BREAKFAST $35 USD

OPTION 1.- Vegetarian Fritata, season fruit plate, Banana crepe, OJ, Coffee.

OPTION 2.- Mexican Omelete,(tomato, onion, chorizo, beacon, chile, cilantro) season fruit plate, hash brown, pineapple juice, coffee.

OPTION 3.- Eggs burrito, spring potatoes, season fruit plate, French toast, Honey dup juice, Coffee.

OPTION 4.- Any style eggs, Beacon,  season fruit plate, berrys waffles, OJ, Coffee

Option 5.- Eggs and vegetables skillet, season fruit plate, Toast, mix fruit juice, Coffee.

  • LUNCH $45 USD

OPTION 1.- Shrimp fajitas, Mexican rice, beans, guacamole corn & flour tortillas.

OPTION 2.- CARNE ASADA: Top sirlon bistec, guacamole, Mexican salsa, beans, spring onions, chiles toreados, radish, martajada salsa, tomatillo salsa, conr & flour tortilla.

OPTION 3.- BBQ  RIBS: Pork ribs, Bbq sauce, house potatoes, sweetcorn, cabbage salad, corn bread.

OPTION 4.- Green chicken enchiladas, Mexican rice, beans and green salad.

OPTION 5.- Catch of the day, ajillo sauce, spring rice, baked vegetables

OPTION 1.- Starter: Green salad, Main course: Flank steak, avocado & cherry tomato salad, mash potatoes, Dessert: vanilla flan.

OPTION 2.- Starter: tortilla soup, Main course: catch of the day ajillo salsa, suateed vegetables, Dessert: Choco lava cake

OPTION 3.- Starter: Cesar salad, Main course: Fetuccini pasta al pesto and freshly cut vegetables and shrimp, dessert: coconut panna cotta.

OPTION 4.- Starter: Baja shrimp ceviche, Main course: Chicken mole, rice with plantain, dessert: chocolate ice cream

OPTION 5.- Starter: Cherry tomato salad, Main course: shrimp skewers, pineapple sauce, mash potatoes, Dessert: Bannana flambe with vanilla ice cream

  • MEXICAN DINNER $55 USD

OPTION 1.- TACO FIESTA
Handmade quesadillas with poblano, panela cheese and epazote.
Melted Cheese with Chorizo.
Tacos al Pastor.
Grilled chicken and shrimp fajitas.
Refried beans, tortilla chips, Mexican rice, guacamole, Mexican sauce, red and green sauce, sour cream.
Flour and corn tortillas.
Corn ice cream with cajeta sauce.

OPTION 2.- STARTER: Mini crispy chicken taquitos, Salad: Mix of organic salad, chipotle vinaigrette.

Chicken scallops in pumpkin flower sauce and white wine Served with wild rice and sautéed vegetables, Dessert: Traditional flan with coffee sauce.

OPTION 3.- STARTER: Sopes de camaron, Salad: mexican salad w/guajillo vinaigrette, Main course: Tampiqueña, guacamole, mexican rice, green enchiladas, beans, Dessert: Rice pudin

Main course: Option of steak- Filet mignon, Rib eye, or lam, sweet potatoes pure, organic vegetables, Dessert: Churros w/ caramel and chocolate sauce.

Starter: Baja Osteirs w/ ponzu.
Main course: Prime New York, organic vegetables, coliflower pure.
Dessert: crème brulee.

  • OPTION 4 $110 USD

Starter: Ajillo octopus w/ baked pineapple & habanero salsa.
Main course: surf and turf: filet mignon and lobster, asparagus, mash potatoes.
Dessert: Carlota de limon w/ vanilla ice cream

Starter: Beet salad, orange vinaigrette.
Main course: lobster tail, real lemon sauce, parmesan risotto, organic vegetables.
